Description:

The Central Court of Appeal exercises its jurisdiction in a district that includes the courts of the Republic of Moldova, namely: Chisinau, Straseni, Hincesti, Criuleni and Causeni.

The Central Court of Appeal hears appeals against decisions of lower courts – courts of first instance.

At the same time, the Central Court of Appeal examines as a first instance applications regarding international adoption, applications for recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards according to its competence and applications regarding the contestation of administrative normative acts.
