Defines general duties on employers, employees, contractors, suppliers of goods and substances for use at work, persons in control of work premises, and those who manage and maintain them, and persons in general.
The employer organizes the protection of health and safety at work of employees in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Code of the Republic of Moldova No. 154/2003, the Law No. 186/2008 on Health and Safety at Work, as well as other normative acts in the field of health and safety at work.
The coordination of occupational health and safety in the Republic of Moldova is carried out by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection.
