Entrepreneurship and Enterprises

Entrepreneurship is the initiative activity of citizens and their associations in the production of goods, performance of work and provision of services.

Entrepreneurial activity is carried out in the organizational and legal form of an enterprise.

An enterprise is a business entity with its own firm (name), created by an entrepreneur in accordance with the established legislative procedure.

In accordance with Law, an enterprise has the rights of a legal entity or an individual.

An enterprise becomes a subject of law from the moment of its state registration.

This section carries out a search using AI in that part of the legislation of the Republic of Moldova that describes the regular (routine) work of the enterprise in working mode, including obtaining the required permits, licenses, etc. from government agencies.
