The Ministry of Justice is the central sectoral public administration body with the rights of a legal entity subordinate to the Government.
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova exercises leadership, coordination and control in its area of competence, implements state policy in the field of justice and human rights, contributes to maintaining the stability and quality of the regulatory framework, bringing it into line with international standards, as well as ensuring compliance with the principle of the rule of law.
One of the key activities of the Ministry is the regulation, organization, coordination or supervision of legal professions and services.
