Description:

According to par. (a) of Article 1 of Law 76/2016 on the reorganization of courts, the courts of Centru, Buiucani, Riscani, Botanica, and Ciocana of the Chisinau municipality were merged to form the Chisinau Court.

The court's headquarters are located at address mun. Chisinau, Botanica sector, N. Zelinsky Street, 13.

Chisinau Court Specialization

According to Resolution No. 28/3 of the Superior Council of Magistracy

• Buiucani and Ciocana offices - criminal cases, cases of offenses, and cases related to the activities of the investigating judge
• Botanica and Center offices - civil cases
• Riscani office - administrative cases and insolvency (bankruptcy) cases.

Courts included in the Central Court of Appeal district:

Chisinau, Orhei, Straseni, Criuleni, Hincesti, Anenii Noi and Causeni.
