We use Large Language Models (LLM) and vector search technology to analyze the most relevant sections of the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
e-Legal contains a special functionality to speed up your research and assist to obtain high quality responses in legislation. ChatGPT and other fully generative tools are not built for research in Legal field.
We develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques for optimizing the performance of an artificial intelligence (AI) model by connecting it with external knowledge bases. RAG improves large language models (LLMs) by incorporating information retrieval before generating responses.
We implemented OpenAI Assistant API for creating legal specific AI assistant(s).
We synthesize search results from the open official register of the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (https://www.legis.md/) and from open publications on specialized legal websites of the Republic of Moldova, as well as, in some cases, EU legislation and international official documents.
Our specialized LLMs read legal documents as lawyers and legal experts.
We also use best-in-class models from OpenAI.

Raising the level of legal culture of citizens will lead to a decrease in violations of rights, increased public safety and the development of legal literacy of the population.

The problem of the low level of legal culture in the field of private law affects both individual citizens and the public environment in the Republic of Moldova, including:

To solve it, it is necessary to ensure and/or improve access to legal aid, including conducting educational work, increasing the availability of legal aid and developing measures to raise awareness of rights.
The quality of the answers provided by e-Legal.md is also ensured by the fact that the artificial intelligence we created for the legal community uses various methods to search for legal documents.
This approach significantly increases the accuracy and reliability of the answers provided, minimizing errors.
