A chartered administrator is a specialist who is appointed to manage within the framework of inheritance proceedings, bankruptcy proceedings or dissolution by court order.
The profession of an administrator may be carried out only by persons authorized in accordance with this law and included in the Register of Chartered Administrators.
Principles of the administrator's activities
- legality, financial reasonableness and efficiency;
- independence and impartiality;
- honesty, diligence and objectivity;
- competence and professional ethics;
- transparency, with the exception of cases related to compliance with commercial secrets.
The administrator ensures, in accordance with the law, the observance of the rights and legitimate interests of persons involved in the procedures in which he is appointed as a chartered administrator.
