Protection and promotion of the rights of persons with disabilities are based on the following principles:
a) respect for fundamental human rights and freedoms;

c) equal treatment in employment and in matters of employment;

e) non-discrimination;
f) partnership;
g) freedom of choice and control or decision-making regarding one’s own life, services and forms of support used;
h) respect for the inherent dignity of the person, individual autonomy, freedom of one’s own choice and independence of the person;
i) perception of persons with disabilities as part of human diversity and humanity;
j) full and effective participation and integration into society;
k) accessibility;
l) equality in rights of women and men;
(m) respect for the evolving capacities of children with disabilities and their right to preserve their individuality.
